Question

I work night shift every few weeks for a period of 7 nights. I have difficulty trying to get to sleep. When I do sleep, it is very poor and broken. The most I sleep is about 4 hours (if I am lucky). Can I use Melatonin to help improve my sleep, I do take the odd sleeping tablet prescribed by the doctor and have little effect?

Answer
