Question

Is Melatonin a helpful aid for person diagnosed with Parkinsons?

Answer
Parkinsons is a degenerative disease and it primarily affects the part of the brain that controls movement.

Research has shown that melatonin can be beneficial to people with parkinsons because since parkinsons affects a person's circadan rythym and melatonin naturally helps to stabilize the circadan rythym. It has been proven to be of benefit.

All you have to think of now is dosage.

First of all i would advice you tell your doctor before you attempt to use it.

Don't mix drugs with your melatonin supplement except your doctor says so.

Here are my pages onmelatonin drug interactions and melatonin dosage, they could help you.
