I do not have the details of the event at the stadium so i really cannot say much but your son needs to see a doctor.

My son's Sleep Problems by: Theresa
My son got lost for about 40 mins at a football stadium 3 years ago ever since he can't seem to go to bed by himself he always had to have someone talk till he went to sleep, in February this year his granny passed away whom he was very fond of she used to read him stories at bedtime, he does not talk a lot about her i wonder does that have anything do with him not being able to sleep.
When he goes to bed he turns and tosses about from one side to other puts his legs inside and out of the covers its as if he trying to keep himself awake, just the other night he said he wished he didn't have to go to bed at all and said he would like to go to heaven so he did have to go bed. When he said that it worried me i don't know if i need to get him help, would like your opinion thank you.
