Melatonin at night and Sam-E during the day - is is safe??

I have been taking Melatonin just about every night for a couple of years now, I feel it really helps me get a good night's sleep. I am 43 and my doctor has suggested I start a supplement Sam-E to help with mood. Is it safe to take Melatonin at night and the Sam-E in the day? Answer The truth is that i don't know. You will never know until you try seeing that your doctor recommended it knowing you already take melatonin. Here is my page on melatonin drug interactions, may this could help you.
