As someone who struggled to find helpful resources for my own sleep disorders, I have done my best to provide as much useful information as I could in one place!

They are victims of one form of sleeping disorder or the other and don't even know it!
I know how frustrating it can be to lie on one's bed for hours and not fall asleep.
Are you tired? Do you find it hard to stay awake at work? Sleeping pills, warm milk, exercise... you've tried it all and you're still .... tired. I've been there.
It almost cost me my job once. My boss asked me to make 2 copies
of a report. I fell asleep while making them. The copy machine had already made 62 copies before a colleague came to my rescue! That was when I discovered I was suffering from insomnia.
Not being able to sleep affects your health, your relationships, even your job. If you can't stay awake, what will your boss think? Don't think that you just have to put up with it. You can sleep better and end all troubles with sleep disorders.

Most of these sleeping disorders including the ones listed above can be managed and can even be kept to a minimum. But first it is important for you to realize how lack of sleep affects the body.
Lack of sleep affects your body is so many ways, such that lack of sleepiness can affect a good nights rest. In severe cases of sleeping problems you may even require a hospital stay. The following symptoms are often present when experiencing insomnia and most other sleeping disorders.

Waking up and feeling as if you have not slept at all

Having trouble sleeping can be a very difficult issue to deal with, but there are many ways to control it using natural methods. As long as a normal routine is established, one avoids any interruptions or factors that can make sleep difficult, and encourages sleep by relaxing the mind and listening to calm and soothing sounds. Also each sleeping disorder has different effects on the body.Some like narcolepsy are terminal and their effect can be very dangerous to the human body.
What is the Right Remedy?
Some people who have trouble with sleeping prefer holistic methods some others alternative therapies or methods. Some use sleeping pills others caffeine. My plan on this web site is to show you what therapies can work and may not work for sleep disturbances. But I recommend you seek medical advice before you follow any path that will affect your body .Being an insomniac for many years, I have loads of experience with sleeping disorders, especially insomnia (the most common of sleep disorders). While I have tried numerous drugs to try and cure my insomnia, I have found natural sleep aids to be the most comfortable. My goal is to address the many sleep disturbances and disorders to provide you with valuable information on managing and curing your own.
